On the west side, the villa borders on the neighbouring Villa Takis (5 beds) and on the east side on Villa Nikos (5 beds as well).
Indoor
The living area on the ground floor includes the living room with couch set and open fireplace, and the dining area with an integrated open-plan kitchen.
Wide glass sliding doors at the sea front of the living room open towards a terrace. From there, stairs lead down to the garden.
Furthermore, the ground floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower bathroom.

The bedroom is orientated seawards and has access to the terrace.
On the top floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and sea view.
The top floor also includes a large bathroom with a bath tub, and a large balcony on the sea side.
In the living room there is a convertible sofa which on demand serves as a seventh accommodation (against surcharge).
Outdoor
Walls separate the garden from the ones of the neighbouring villas. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a large umbrella are available.

The 23 square meters swimming pool is located about in the middle of the garden. It is framed by green lawns, and the garden border is decorated with small olive trees, flowers and other ornamental plants.
The shallow section in the swimming pool is 90 centimeters deep, the maximum depth is 1.60 meters.
